These General Conditions shall apply to all products offered by BODEGAS AMAREN on this website, as well as to the delivery of goods and services marketed by BODEGAS AMAREN on the website https://visitas.bodegasamaren.com/.

These General Conditions will be in force for all the goods and services offered, and may be modified without prior notice, and the changes will not affect purchases already made up to that time.

Formalisation of the purchase
The purchase of the products offered on the website is made by selecting the chosen products, which will be included in the shopping basket. Once the selection has been completed, the purchase will continue with the completion of the personal data (depending on each case) for the issuing of the invoice and the credit card data for the payment of the products. Once the purchase is finally accepted, the final purchase of the selected products will be made and the payment method (credit card or Bizum) will be selected.

Intellectual Property
The texts (information, concepts, opinions and other similar) and graphic elements (design, logos, source code and other similar) that make up the Portal and are disseminated through it, as well as their presentation and assembly, are the exclusive property of BODEGAS AMAREN or it holds the rights to exploit them through agreements with third parties. All the commercial names, brands or distinctive signs, logos, symbols, mixed, figurative or nominative brands that appear on this Portal belong to BODEGAS AMAREN or it has, with prior authorisation, the right to use them and they are protected by the legislation in force in this respect.

Viewing, printing and downloading (in any case partial content of the website) is only authorised if it is done for personal and private use, without commercial purposes.

Conditions of purchase at gift experiences
Users may purchase their gifts in advance in accordance with the instructions indicated on the website. The purchase of gifts is subject to the right of non-withdrawal. No changes or refunds are allowed in the purchase. However, in the event that BODEGAS AMAREN does not provide the service, it will refund all or part of the amount paid for the purchase, in the event that the reservation at the winery is not possible within the initially foreseen deadlines. All of the above without prejudice to any claims that may be applicable in accordance with the applicable civil and commercial regulations.

Use of bookings purchased through our website
Tickets purchased in accordance with the provisions of the previous section, and which the user receives by e-mail, will have the same value as if they had been purchased physically at the winery. The user of the Web will be able to:

• print your entries on plain paper, checking that the printing has been correct and that the codes identifying and individualising each entry are legible.
• download the .pdf file that the user receives by email to their mobile terminal and display it at the entrance to the winery.
• download the tickets you receive by email in passbook format.

Tickets will entitle the holder to access the Winery or event for which they were purchased and will be valid exclusively for the selected Wine Tourism Service, day and time.

Problems with the ticketing service
Any incident related to the use and operation of the reservation / purchase and gift system must be notified to the e-mail address info@bodegasamaren.com.

Data protection policy
In compliance with the provisions of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation) and Organic Law 3/2018 of 5 December on the Protection of Personal Data and guarantee of digital rights, we inform you that you may send a letter at any time and free of charge to BODEGAS AMAREN S. L.U. at Ctra. Baños de Ebro, s/n, 01307 Villabuena, Álava, enclosing a photocopy of your identity document, to request your rights of access, rectification, suppression, opposition, limitation and portability of your data.

In addition, the interested party may file a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency at the following address: Agencia Española de Protección de Datos, C/ Jorge Juan, 6, 28001-Madrid, when the interested party considers that BODEGAS AMAREN S.L.U. has infringed the rights that are recognised by the applicable data protection regulations.

We also inform you that JIG DIGITAL, is responsible for the processing of this data, who manages the BODEGAS AMAREN platform for the sale of reservations / tickets / gifts.

The completion of all the fields included in this form is compulsory and implies your express consent to the processing of your personal data for the purposes indicated. In the event that personal data relating to individuals other than the person completing this form should be included in the form, prior to their inclusion, you must inform them of the points contained in the preceding paragraphs and of the Privacy Policy of BODEGAS AMAREN.

Modifications to the terms and conditions and to the website
BODEGAS AMAREN reserves the right to make any modifications it deems appropriate to these conditions, the website and the services provided at any time without prior notice. Consequently, BODEGAS AMAREN may change, delete or add both the contents and the services provided through the Website, as well as the form of presentation or location of the Website, and may even temporarily or permanently suspend the operation of the same.
